The property comprises of two double bedrooms each with twin beds. There is also a brick built summerhouse in the garden which can be used as additional sleeping quarters in the summer months. It has two single beds, wardrobe, toilet and wash hand basin.

Kitchen

The Kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, cupboards, etc.

Dining Room

The Dining Room comprises a table and chairs appointed for six.

There is also a freezer in the cupboard under the stairs off the Dining Room.

Separate downstairs toilet.

Living Room (On the First Floor)

A delightful room with views across the Solent with easy chairs and a sofa. There is a colour TV and DVD player.

Bathroom

The Bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

General Information

All rooms are fitted with carpets. The single beds have duvets and pillows. There are also extra blankets for warmth if necessary. A washing machine is housed in the summerhouse.

Tenants are asked to take their own bed linen and towels, and tea towels for the kitchen.

Heating

There is gas central heating throughout the cottage, with a gas fire in three rooms for extra warmth, on colder evenings. Water is heated by the gas combination boiler.

Garden

This is small and neat with a lawn, edged with flower borders. It is furnished with a table and garden chairs and a washing line.

We would point out that we do not allow smoking or pets at the cottage.
